Our vision is a world where humans treat animals with respect, empathy and understanding.
Our mission is to save the lives of as many dogs and cats as we can and relieve the suffering of animals in need of care and attention. We endeavour to shelter, feed, love and provide veterinary treatment for all dogs and cats that come into our care, until we find them new, loving homes.
The most effective way to protect animals over the long-term is to improve the legal framework. We attempt to achieve this by direct action and lobbying and by appealing to the general public. We are many years active, with our welfare work not bound to any limits.
We have a ‘no-kill’ policy and do not euthanasize any animal. Rehabilitation is a big part of our practice; we believe that no case is hopeless and our guiding principle is that every dog should be given the chance to find a forever home. We offer Rescue Back Up for all our rescued and rehomed pets.
